VISA AND PASSPORT
You should have a valid passport with a valid visa while traveling to Nepal.
INSURANCE
As our company trip cost doesn’t include the personal insurance of clients. Although Our first priority is safety and security our clients are required compulsorily to purchase comprehensive travel insurance policies covering the expenses for accident, loss, Natural calamity, theft, emergency evacuation because of sickness, or any other reasons before departing to Nepal from their homeland. So Travel insurance is mandatory while traveling with us. Clients are requested to carry copies of Insurance policies.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER/CLIENT
If you would like to cancel the trip, you are requested to notify us immediately and we entertain free trip cancellation service upon submission of trusted reason before 70 Days of the departure date upon adequate evidence and reasons. We will approve it as canceled only after receiving a valid notice. If your cancellation is true like a serious illness we will be able to postpone your trip for a particular date with certain postponed trip charges or you can transfer to other people if the requirement of the trip is the same as yours. If you would like to postpone your trip, and written notice is received before 20 days, we will make necessary amendments with charges of $100 per person because all our reservations to various parties such as hotels in the city, Airlines, and guest houses booking to all the trip area will be done as soon as your initial booking received and done of deposit. Our cancellation charge will be applicable as per the date on which the company is notified.
Cancellation 60 Days or more days before a trip starting date: Deposit Loss
Cancellation 30 Days or more days before a trip starting date:50% of the cost of the trip
Cancellation 15 Days or more days before a trip starting date:100% of the cost of the trip.
FLIGHT DELAY/CANCELLATION/CHANGE IN ITINERARY
We humbly request you to bring some extra money for extra expenses like food and accommodation in case of delays or cancellation of flight. Fluctuate climate and Bad weather may cause domestic flight delays. In case of flight cancellation or delayed flights, clients will be responsible for bearing all expenses as we can manage the alternative arrangement like a helicopter flight, your flight cost will be reconciled with the normal flight fare.
SERVICE NOT USED OR INCOMPLETE TOUR
Khumbu Alpine Travel will not be liable to refund any services not used incomplete trip, or peak not summited for any kind of reasons. In any case, if you do any illegal or unlawful activities, the law of Nepal will take action. Khumbu Alpine Travel will not be liable for that and for a refund.
HEALTH AND FITNESS
We organize multiple adventure tours and trips in altitude regions that have high risk and require physical and mental fitness demanding more physical stamina. The Khumbu Alpine Travel will not be liable and not obliged to refund any cost in case of not accomplishing the goal of any trip due to any physical or mental inability.
COMPLAINTS
If there are any complaints about the particular trip, should be informed in advance so that we will be liable to resolve the issues, because we will always work for our clients' satisfaction which is our first priority as well.
CANCELATION BY KHUMBU ALPINE TRAVEL
If your trip was canceled after your payment was done due to unexpected circumstances like political instability, strikes, riots, war, natural disasters (Earthquake, landslides, flood, snowfall, etc.), border closed, climate conditions, civil disturbance, Changes in government rules, government restrictions, road blockage, unprecedented disease, or any other unforeseen case, we will reserve the right to cancel any trip and be liable to manage another trip or to refund your money.
