So as per the Indian government law, It is required to have a passport along with a printed copy of India visa before departing from the respective country they are coming from to India. Visa can be obtained from Indian Consulates / Embassies in the country of your origin. Visa fees may vary from country to country. . The passport must be valid for a period of 6 months minimum at the time of entry to India.
