Overview

Pulchowki is the highest hill in the south of Kathmandu city. The elevation of Pulchowki is 2782 meters. As the name suggests, Phulchwoki which means “garden of flower” has beautiful vegetation. Precisely, it is surrounded by a dense forest of rhododendron and other kinds of vegetation. It has important pilgrimages and famous worshiping temple Phulchowki Mai as well. Our hiking begins from the Godavari, a botanical garden uphill through sub-tropical thick forest. There is a magnificent view of Annapurna range to Gaurishanker.
